Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. Final Sale products are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
To return your item(s) to the online store:
Complete the return/exchange form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package.
If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. If you are exchanging item(s), complete the "Returns" section and complete the "Exchanges" section.
Please Note: we will not be able to process your refund and we will send your package back to you if you do not include this form with your return.
Complete the "Your Information" section if the exchange order requires information that is different from your original order. Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Underwear must be returned unworn in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.

You may access your order shipment status and tracking information by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email.
Please Note: It can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website (your order can be shipped either via USPS or Fedex).
To estimate when your order will be shipped and delivered, please consider the following information:
Credit card verification/approval must be made prior to processing your order. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow in the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 48 business hours.
All orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays). Express and Express Plus orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the following business day. Same day orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carriers that may be used to ship your order is either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of ESPOSITO. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by service interruptions, inclement weather, transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.
If you do not have your order number, Login to your account to view order history. If you do not have an account, please refer to your order confirmation email or email us at email@example.com.
You will receive two confirmation emails once your order has been placed successfully:
Order Confirmation - This email will confirm that your order was placed successfully, and will include a summary of your order information.
Shipment Confirmation - You will receive this email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will include a link with your shipment tracking number. You may view your order shipment status and tracking information by clicking on this link in your confirmation email. You can also track your order status on our website by clicking here.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours:
Occasionally your confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email. There is a possibility that your order attempt was not successful. For further assistance with checking the status of your order, please contact us by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Authorization and Verification
After you receive your order confirmation email, you may receive another email requesting further verification of your billing information that is required to ship your order. If you should receive an email requesting order verification, please follow in the instructions as stated in the email to verify your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if verification is not received within 48 business hours.
ESPOSITO Gift Cards are available for purchase and may be used for purchases at ESPOSITO online store only.
Payment and Verification
All gift card purchases follow standard verification process. Therefore, ESPOSITO reserves the right to void, cancel or deactivate any gift card purchase, gift card balance and/or order including account if necessary. An individual may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card. ESPOSITO reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders, even when purchased in combination with merchandise.
Gift Card Shipment
If you are purchasing an ESPOSITO Gift Card with other merchandise, the gift card(s) will be shipped separately from your merchandise and you will be provided with a separate email order confirmation with a different tracking number from your merchandise order. Please allow one to two business day to process gift card orders. Applicable shipping charges will apply for gift card purchases.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied for gift card purchases. ESPOSITO reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders (even if combined with merchandise) should a discount or promotional offer be applied to the purchase of a gift card, ESPOSITO will contact the purchaser of the gift card to place a new order.
